Does anyone know of a hairloss treatment that actually works?

I've tried stuff like Rogaine but nothing seems to work. Does anyone know a product that doesnt cost a fortune and actually works? I would just be happy to find one that works.Does anyone know of a hairloss treatment that actually works?
